It is really surprised to know that the students staying at GITAM Engineering College Hotels are being ragged by the Chief Warden of that Institute. Few days back Chief warden of GITAM Boys Hostel slabbed one student and thrown Laptop for another student.Panic spread on GITAM Boys Hotel campus after freshers of department of mehanical engineering and Foreign Trade alleged ragging by Hostel Chief warden. Student did not called his parents, as they have been told to sacked from the Hostel . The student have not evens submitted a written complaint to the college authorities because of fear of chief warden.

It has been also heard that there are castism feeling creating by college athority in the Hostel.

This is really a shocked news. In the Hostel college authority are doing all malpractising thing. They use to allot hostels first for boys from Chowdury caste of AP. They don't even allot Hostel to outside AP candidates.

Request to investicate the matter and if any body goes inside the college will understand the how much malpractising is going on. Starting from admission to allotment of Hostel

On the other hand College authority are annousing all India basis GAT test for seection in to the various cources selecting the student from out side AP and finally treating the students and their Gurdians like slaves.
