Dear Sir,

I had taken admission in Rayat London College for MBA which is located in London and they have Marketing office in Delhi (India). I traveled to London but beacuse of Father's health problem i had to travel back in 4 Days to India, I informed Rayat college about my case and requested them to refund my fees as they course was not started at that time they told me they will refund my fees if i submit all the documents.

I have forwarded all medical documents of my father and the copy of my Passport that i had traveled back, but now they are not refunding me my fees.

The awarding body of degree is University of Wales and they have policy that in any circumstances if students wants to withdraw he or she can do it under any circumstances and they will deduct of administrative charges and refund the remaining balance but Rayat college is not ready to Refund any thing.

Kindly let me know and suggest me what cource of action I should take to get my money back.
