1. I have applied for B.ED enterence test 2010 to Jainarayan Vyas University Jodhpur.My Roll No. was 444167 for the enterence test conducted by JNVU on 25 April 2010, now university has rejected my application saying that I have done BA/MA in one sitting from Osmaniya University which is not a valid qualification for B.ED from JNVU.

2. I want to mention that whenI completed BA/MA from Osmaniya University the courses were valid and were equilent to any three year,two year degree course BA/MA from other university as it was done after three year gap from 10+2 and MA after two year gap from degree(i.e BA) and the courses were recognised by UGC.

3. As I am a soldier serving in IAF and do not have sufficent time for completion of three year reguler degree course my application may be accepted by JNVU Jodhpur and i may be permitted for admittion to B.ED.
