Default Student visa to UK refunding of registration fee
sir
on 07-07-2010, I registered with a consultuncy in Ernamkulam for doing the process of getting a student visa to UK. Reg. fee was 5000/- rupees. As an advance I paid 3000/-. After two weeks, I was convinced that getting visa is not so easy in my case and I decided to drop the idea of studying UK. the consultency is not ready to refund any amount from the registration fee. What can I do?
