I am totally upset with AGS cinemas. I don't have words to express my frustration.

I had tried to book the tickets for manmadan ambu on 19th Sunday Dec 2010 for the show of 23Dec 2010 7 PM at AGS thro their official website. When i tried to book 2tickets using my credit card , i got the error message after i complete all the formalities including secure code entry on website. Hence i tried 2 more times on the same Standard chartered card -visa card. For All the 3 transactions (2 tickets / transaction total of 6 tickets) i got the same error message.

Then i tried to book with ABN -Gold master card . I have tried 2 times (that is 2tickets / transaction -total of 4 tickets). Again i got error message. With this totally 5 times i have tried. All the time i got error. I thought of network problem or too many people trying to book. Hence the error. Finally i checked with bank and they confirmed that all the transactions were successful. But i did not get the SMS / website confirmation on booking for the booking ID from AGS cinemas website side.

Then i contacted the AGS customer care immediately.They said will be refunded before the show time and asked me to come and collect the money one hour before on that particular show date. I have asked for the booking ID's .They had given only 4 booking ID's which means for 8 tickets (496629, 496560,496609,496585) . I wanted to have 5th ID as i did 5 transactions. They said, it may be virtual transaction and that will be automatically refunded to the card account. Hence i accepted .

On 23rd i went and trying meet the concerned accounts manager, but he was not availabe and over phone he told me to hand over the proof of credit card statements to Anand- Box office person. He suggested to buy fresh 2 tickets thro cash for that show and he said this net booked tickets will be totally refunded automatically. Hence i bought 2 tickets for that show and saw the movie.

After that every day i am trying to contact prem chandar - who is so called Accounts manager for that cinemas. I don't know how he is surviving till. He told me to come one day.When i went , he left home . Good commitment. Again another time also, when i went based on his request, he was moved out. Every day i am calling him .But he is not responding to my call. When i try from other number , he picks up the phone and he will tell something that he is in a meeting / busy and he cuts the phone.

I don't know when i will get back the hard earned money of 1300 (130 / ticket x 10 tickets).

Many times complained in the customer care also. But again they are telling he is the right person and asked me to talk to him. But he is not at all responding to any call.
