I hold a Airtel Landline connection of in Jaipur. In April i make a request to terminate my no. in this regard they gave me a request number.Later they ask me the reason why i want to terminate the number so i tell them that i am migrating to another place in the same city.So they send their person to check the feasibility there , but there was no feasibility. In the mean time my bill for the march ending came. i deposited that bill. After i again call the person in position said to me that it will be terminate in 7 working days.But this thing does not happen. So i again make the request on 9th may regarding the same. On that day bill for the month ending April came to me, that i don`t deposit. From then i constantly receiving mail from Airtel why i want to terminate the number. Several times i gave them the explanation that there is no feasibility at my new place,But they keep on calling. On17 June1:49 i receive a call from airtel lawyer that a suit has been filed against you for non payment of bill and the case will be heard at 2:30 in Jodhpur court, stating make the payment before 2:30 otherwise ready for the legal proceedings.I don`t deposited the money.

Please help me in this regard
