Mr. Priyanshu Chaudhary of BAGIT TODAY confirmed through BAGIT TODAY ’s official mail ID the following:-

1. If I book 2 holiday packages of 7 days each, then we will be entitled for a life membership, during which we can book a holiday for 7 days at the same amount each year (i.e.Rs.7000)

2. Secondly we won’t have to pay any utility charges.

3. Our membership can be used by family and friends.

4. And lastly, each holiday booking will be for 4 adults.


On above assurance I booked 2 holidays packages in my son’s name (Anant Haldia ID: 1011564231 & ID: 1011564104).



I received booklets and according to point no-3 accommodation will be for 2 adults and 2 children below 18 years whereas where as BAGIT TODAY confirmed me accommodation for 4 adults and there is not a word mentioned about life membership for holiday package. I lodged a complaint on 15/10/2011 with BAGIT TODAY.



Today I received a mail from BAGIT TODAY after many reminders stating that I received same which I ordered, is absolutely incorrect and shocking.

This is a clear cut fraud.

I seek your help in this regard.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a holiday package voucher from Bag it Today /AFFORDABLE SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD .

The package entitled me a free stay at any of the hotel /resorts (listed at www.bookmyholidays.in) for 7 nights and 8 days for 2 adults and 2 children of upto 18 years of age.

As instructed in the booklet send to me by bag it today , i send the completed voucher along with a copy of bag it today invoice and a bank draft of Rs 700.00 (as additional charges)to the following address on 27/10/2011 through registered post:-

The registered post was returned back by postal dept after a week saying that the address didi not exist.

When I contacted the helpline 0120-6182100, the representative told me to send by DTDC courier.

The same was resend using the DTDC courier but tilldate there has been no response from the company representative. On inquiring numerous times , I have been told that the courier has been not been recieved / entry not made into the database.

The duration for which my holiday voucher was valid has expired on 15 Jan 2012.

The voucher cost was Rs 7000.00

Plaese help. i have photo copies of all documenst which i can send to your address for verfication.

CHEATING - BAGITTODAY

Ongoing issue since I brought two order - Order ID 998741473 & 998741474.

I had ordered 1 set of bestsellers of 5 books ONLY as there was a HOLIDAY PACKAGE with it and you booked 2 set of bestsellers (which was not done by me)... But I was ok with these order as I was getting 2 (TWO) holiday vouchers.

So, i am entitled to get 2 holiday packages against my Order ID 998741473 & 998741474.

I have asked for details number of times. and replies were shocking and not acceptable.
Replies - I will not be getting voucher as BAGITTODAY has no more links with other company to offer Holiday Voucher.
Later, you can send us written letter about your issue, We will check and review and get back to you. BAGITTODAY received the letter but no response,
After a month, I called to check again, SHOCKING - BAGITTODAY not received the letter.

I was getting irritated because of not getting good reply, everytime I asked for details - BAGITTODAY was trying to tell me that Its my problem for not getting Holiday Voucher from BAGITTODAY.

Last mail I wrote on Sep 2011, where I was offered compensation against my Holiday Voucher was 2 Reebok watches, 2 Reebok Wallets and 2 Reebok sunglasses.

NO REPLY, NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Again, I continued the mail to check on my compensation... this time I got reply that - taken the matter with the department concerned and they are working on the same. After 2-3 days, I received a mail says - as per concerned department we will dispatch one compensation gift to you.

SHOCKING..!!

When I asked that I was promised for 6 gifts against my 2 orders.. they have no words rather again they tried to blaim me (for no reason)

I received last mail on Jan 24th saying I will be getting 2 gifts only. To end this ongoing issue, I have asked to send me 2 gifts only.

After that again, I have not heard anything... so not sure again I see changing statement from BAGITTODAY.

All this dealing happens with BAGITTODAY advisor named Leela Rawat.

I am still waiting for any confirmation.

My suggestion to all is to BLOCK - BAGITTODAY from your personal computers or otherwise keep on calling or mailing to them.
