Default BETTER PHOTOGRAPHY Ride

I would like to point out and make public aware of how, a well known publications take their subscribers for a Ride.
I am a subscriber for Infomedia 18 Limited, for their “Better Photography” & “CHIP” Magazines since last 3 years. On various occasions the magazines are LATE and often the contents are not as according to the magazine information printed inside, usually DVDs are found to be missing and scratched beyond Use. But this just the icing lately the Anniversary Issue oh “Better Photography”, which is much in demand has not received many subscribers. In spite of Numerous complaints via emails and telephone calls.
First, I was told, that, the issue, being a Anniversary one, is being delayed, this kept on going till the 24th. of June 2010, usually the magazine is to be delivered to its subscribers within the first weeks, latest. When, I asked for some Senior person, who was not present, as his Desk personal kept on ringing, Next day after a try of about 20-25 times, over the phone which is normal for the phone to be answered in the Infomedia18 Office I was told that, the Issue was dispatched on the 10th. of the month and will get back to me, regarding what is the position of my dispatch, after taking my cell number. The came back call never came, when I called up I was told “Oh yes sir the magazine will be delivered to you first thing tomorrow morning by Courier”. Nothing happened.
After waiting for 3-4 days I even wrote an email complaint to the Editor himself on his official email address, the customer service for Infomedia18 and the Better Photography customer service. Well the company does not have a decency to answer the emails of their subscriber.
I would like to know what is the sense of subscribing to a magazine who never delivers on time and many occasions skips MAIN and important issues to subscribers PLUS has no decency to attend to subscribers queries.
