i am customer of dish tv. My vc no. Is 01505305748 registered in the name of my husbund mr. Dhananjay sathe. I have paid rs. 375.00 as on 21/08/2010 through net banking for 3 months (rs. 125 x 3 months). Request them for silver package. But from yesterday at 6.00 a.m. My connection was de-activated. After so many phone calls and follow ups from yesterday till now they are informing me within 2 hours your problem will slove. Accounts dept. Is not resolve your issue. We will check at our end and revert you.

My complaint no. Is 44148077 with them.

Let me know what i can do? Please guide me in this matter.

MY VC NO IIS 01505257053. I having Gold pack since DISH tv in my residence. Irecharge in month june for sheme that pay Rs 1250 for gold pack , you will get 6 month of gold pack + 1month free of gold pack.
Accordingly scheme is activated i,s scheme is expire 0n 10-1-2011. Message is displayed on tv screen & tv message box.
But on 30 th november i have sms on my cell that ur Dish tv recharge date is on 2-12-2010. .on same date i have contacted disg tv customber care lodged complainted on phone & E- mail. complint no is 50169366 to Dhiraj & 50176698 also .NOW, THEY ARE telling that in month of january ala-la pack of another scheme is activated.They no any phone or message during above period. In last moment they are telling do for recharge. THEY ARE LOOTING TO PUBLIC GIVING FALSE OFFERS.From phone & E-mail they are giving diplomatic answer. NOW A want to entended rechare as per thier package.
