Hi,

I am Abhay Shah, GTPL (Cable Operator) customer for a year and so. I have made payment of complete year for the same as a annual subscription. But in last few days I am not receiving all channels and so file a complaint. As per SLA 24 hrs is the time limit to resolve any issue, but it's been complete 3 days now and still issue is open at my end nobody has even came to home to see the matter. I want't to file a complaint against GTPL (Ahmedabad) through this forum and want some strict action shall be taken against the same.

Problem Desc: I am able to see only Sahara sponsored channels while I have paid for all other channel and till the date I was receiving them as well.

I am customer of gtpl baroda since esablishment of GTPL Network in gujarat. But i am not satisfied with their services. Their management is same as britishers rule. They are dividing customer by their religion . That is they are showing chanels that they wish. Not as per customer wish.

HI... I'm harsh from bharuch. i live in gnfc township and our cable link is from GTPL... My problem is that sports channels like ESPN, tensports, tenaction do not come regularly. They come only on days when cricket is going on. So i have to miss many of my football matches. And also they sometimes start the channel only some minutes before the match or after half of the match is ovr. Dont' know what to do.

They should have some sense about which channel to show instead of showing useless channels

I am Hitesh Nagar. I am customer Of GTPL But our problem not showwing proper channel. I can't received Tensports channel. Last few month We are not getting Tensports. and our favourit chanel is also tensports So please check it.
