I have done subscription of 1 year, for magic pot magazine. I have placed order in the month of September – 2010. I was suppose to get magazine from month of October-2010. However after repeated reminder through email and telephone, I did not get the magazines(2 copies) for October, neither the gift that they were suppose to send.

I still continued to remind them, after repeated reminder, I have got only 1 copy of magazine in first fortnight of November – 2010. There after again I have not got any magazine. I had send email to all concerned and requested them to return my money after deducting money for one subscription. I have not got any reply from them as well as I have not got my money. Request you to please help me in getting my money as I have already got the magazines from outside for my child.

I have with me all the email communication as well as their confirmation for order placed.

I had ordered vide No.MMP000336535 ON 24.5.2011 for Magic Pot Magazine, till date I have not received the same. I have paid yearly subscription

Kindly let me the position whether the magazine is despatched or not. If not what is the reasons. Inspite of advance payment, if you are not delivering the magazine in time what is the use of online subscription.

Kindly let me know the postion at the earlier. I shall make enquiry in the matter further if I dont receive the magazine in time.
