There was extreme harassment at Maxus Cinema Saki Naka

I went to watch movie at 2.50 pm on Saturday with my wife and purchased two tickets for Rs. 170/- each. We checked at the main gate and entered the premises and went upstairs to enter the theatre. Then we were told that you are not allowed to go inside with the laptop and deposit the same in lockers. We requested that the laptop is precious and hence cannot be deposited, In case as per the rules they dont allow with the laptop they should refund the ticket price. They refused to do so adamantly and said that they will not refund and we can take whatever step deemed fine by us.

My harassment

- In case laptops are allowed in all theatres, why is Maxus an exception?
- How can anyone deposit laptops carrying precious data with security?
- I have visited Maxus Cinemas frequently for watching movies? Is this the way to treat customers?
- Why was there no senior management available for redressal?
- Why wasnt I stopped at the ticket counter/cinema hall entrance?

Request nobody to visit that theatre henceforth.
