I have Sun Direct DTH Connection (Smart card NO 41280001516 ). From 15/11/2010 Onwards i was loosing channels one by one. When i called Customer Care they said the Dish has to realligned as they have moved to a new sattilite. And Informed me that they will send the service person to do that.
But no one responded.

After that every weak i called the customer care to send a service person they gave me the same reply. I have so far called 7 Times , Mailed in their web site 5 Times ,

On 13/12/2010 a service person came and checked something and said that the climate was worst and he will be back next day but no response from him after that

From 21/12/2010 i could not get any channel in this connection .But they have collected Subscription from my account.

they have to be punished for their irresponsible behaviour. They have to return back my subscription .
