I order of airtel dth connection installation for vriti infochem, noida . 7 th Jun i given 1590 rupees cheque given to vriti infochem person. cheque no.273371 ( axis bank ).this person one vriti infochem slip given to me ( slip no. 831 ) in this slip kit no. 3110831753077365 & pin no. 2400051478187418 are mentioned . My Axis bank record dated 10 th Jun trasction completed.
sir, but upto no installation of my airtel dth connection. i am daily continuosly call to vriti & airtel digital customer care but no response. phone also not lifting. last 45 days i am facing from this problem .

On July 30,2011, I had submitted the details online on Airtel Digital TV web site, and then I was contacted by some Mr Atul Tyagi email id atul.tyagi@vriti-interactive.com/man...nteractive.com (as he introduce himself on phone as direct from AIRTEL HQ and he send me a mail containing the links to view Airtel Digital TV offers and to buy it online.

I paid the amount 1440. acc. to their instruction on phone and he assured installation would be done very next day on Jul 31. I got mail regarding confirmation of payment and order no. from vriti infocomm.After making payment, I come to know that he is a Vriti Infocom - a dealer and not direct AIRTEL.

As there was no connection made on Jul 31, I tried to contact their no. 0120 4528900 from which I got call but no one picked the phone. Once/twice if somebody replied but false promises only. but no action or any definite reply.

I made a complaint to AIRTEL customer care email Digitaltv@in.airtel.com about this by sending number of emails for refund of my money. AIRTEL promised to make installation immdtly but there was no action taken. On making a threat of taking legal action against AIRTEL and his dealer Vriti for this fraud, AIRTEL gave me a customer ID no.3008548423 on Aug 7 and promised to install on Aug 8. Why they are evading VRITI again and again when they got so many complaints about their fraud.

And, at last they made DTH connection on Aug 19 and after few hours, I receive a call from the engineer who installed the connection that my connection is cancelled as I had been given refund. I checked my credit card statement with my bank, but till Aug 19 till 8.00 pm, there was no refund recd in my a/c.

On eqnuiring again with Mumbai Customer care, I was advised that AIRTEL recd my payment on Aug 7 (I made payment thru credit card on July 30 why Vriti kept it for 7 days ?) and dealer took refund from AIRTEL on Aug 11 ????? see the inefficiency and cheating...... If AIRTEL refunded to Vriti on Aug 11, why they made connection on Aug 19 to my premises ? And, if Vriti took refund why Vriti/Airtel did not inform me ? why Viriti still hold my money till Aug 19 ? Now, they have inactivated my a/c so I am deprived of TV.

Who is responsible ?????

The most wondering part is AIRTEL had never regretted for his dealer Vriti. I fail to understand that though AIRTEL is knowing about this cheater why they are still continuing dealership with them. This is very serious matter and we are certainly taking legal action against both.
