My name is Arpita Das from Kolkata. My complaints is against On dot courier
service. A parcell was sent to me from Pune,Maharashtra by my relatives on 8 January 2012 which was promised to be reached here in kolkata latest by 10 January 2012. But
today is 15 and there is no trail of parcel. When I called to courier service it takes
hell lot of time since they have just one number for whole country and if phone
gets connected luckily, the person who receives call is rude and anwsers
unlogically. MY first question is how to complaint against them in consumer
forum and get compensation.i want to get the parcel(letter) immediately.
