I used the services of Aadhunik Packers & Movers when I moved from Delhi to Bangalore. I sent everything with them on 14th of July. They delivered on the 24th, but there was one box missing from my consignment, which has things in it worth Rs. 6000. They still haven't delivered it to me. And they refuse to let me claim insurance for it. I had also sent a 1 ton Samsung Air Conditioner to Guwahati. Which they said would be delivered within 10 days but it has exceeded 16 days and the delivery has not yet been made. I want to lodge a theft complaint against the company. Please tell me what is the procedure to do so.
