We were contacted by ABC International packers and movers in Pune for our shipment to Lucknow. We had agreed to their rates and send our household items through their service. Our goods were delivered in a very bad state and our LCD TV and one carton box went missing. Since the day they have deliverd our good we are unable to reach these folks. They had promised and even mentioned in our receipt that all packing , unpacking, unloading , assembling will be taken care by them. But that actually did not happen. Our stuff is still un assembled and we are unable to reach these courier guys.

i went to the address mentioned on the receipt but failed to locate any such courier service.

If anyone has ever used this particular courier service , then kindly let us know.
