Dear Sir,

My shipment No: AWB410477847 of through overnite express has been sent back to the origin on 26-8-2010.Before this three times also they have sent my packets back as they say that they are unable to locate my address when even my phone number is also mentioned in that.They even do not bother to cal me.Now my shipment no. 591296462 is kept on hold in Delhi branch for last 3 days. I am talking to Delhi branch for last 5 days.I talked with Mr. Sunil and Miss Rani and so many others in Delhi Branch but they are unable to answer me properly.And when I was calling to Mr. Sunil yesterday since then he has switched off his mobile (No: 9313037014).They even can not read my name in address.Even when I was talking to Miss Rani yesterday in English she said me that sir mujhe English nahi aati.I have never experienced so bad service in my life.As because of Overnite express I have suffered so much problem.My important packets could not be delivered and I had suffered big losses.
