I am working in IAF. In my recent posting from Chandigarh to Trivandrum i moved my luggage through Agarwal packers and movers and incurred damages to the tune of Rs 9000- 10000. I have been in constant touch with the company staff from 03 Jul 11 but till date they have not responded. Whenever I call them at TVM. Kochi or Chandigarh they give me excuses and assure me that they are looking into the matter and would return the call but they never do. The rep at Cdh is Mr Pawan, rep at kochi is Mr Ranjan and Rep at TVM is Mr Rajbir. Nobody seems to be bothered. The damages were shown to Mr rajbir during unpacking. Please find a way out. I must have spent around Rs 1500 in calls to various reps till now besides the effort and mental peace lost. Pl intervene with the company to recover the loss.
