These are the worst species ever among the breed of packers. I am a journalist and had the misfortune of booking my household items from Chennai to Delhi GCN No 4161332 on 30 March 2011 through them. Firstly they delayed the transportation from 7 to 15 days and after repeated phone calls said their truck container had broken down at Indore. It stayed there for four days and after repeated tracking finally reached Delhi on 14 April.

When the goods were unloaded I was shocked to see them completely broken and in pathetic shape. The dining table and chairs, three piece sofa set, decoration pices were all broken. Legs, arms and and backs were completely ripped apart. Two cartons had their seals broken and crockery was also broken.

I have claimed a damage of Rs 80,000 for it and am astounded by their shameless attitude. No one seems to care about the customers goods and say unabashedly, just claim damage for it. My furniture was precious becasue I had designed it and it was extremely expensive being made of teak wood.

When I asked to speak to their Managing Director, their claims official Sanjiv Sharma said no one was allowed to speak to their higher ups. God help the company who does not let customers interact with the company's senior officials.
