Hello,

I recently hired AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS to shift my belongings from Kolkata to New Delhi.

The date they moved from Kolkata was 10th of July 2010. Now when they came here,unpacked everything, but there was a RACK that was missing.

As per the list of items documented by AGARWAL people, it was the Item # 26 on the list. the Valuation done (& mentioned on the list) was that of Rs 10,000.

Now since that was missing, I rang up the claims department of AGARWAL....spoke with Mr VYAS - Phone number - 93136 12484. He initially took 2 days time and told he would call back with the details, which he never did ! Again we rang him up....this time he gave me the phone number of jamalpur depot of AGARWAL with the phone numbers -93136 28455 & 32934336. I rang them up and was redirected to Mr VYAS again !

I called up Mr VYAS again ! we had a conference talk and finally he again told he would let me know in 30 mins time ! Quite obviously he didnt !!!

After a few days I received a call from a lady speaking on behalf of AGARWAL. I told her the entire story once again ! She told me - mr VYAS ne aisa kaha ?? Thik hai Sir, mai apko adhey ghantey mein call back karti hu" & naturally that lady also vanished from the scene !

Today, on the 26/08/10 I rang up that fellow Mr VYAS, gave him the details AGAIN ! & now he denied the the issue completely !!!
