I booked my household goods and car to be transported from Noida to Kolkata through AIRCEL Packers and Movers on 4th Feb 2011.I paid 27000 in total for the service. 2 people came on 6th Feb for packing and loading without any labour or help to load.Somehow it was packed and loaded to the truck.I was assured that the items would be transported and delivered in a safe way. However,when I recieved the items on 14th Feb,I was shocked to see completed damage of items.My wooden almirah with glass doors had a broken glass, damaged to all the sides.All flower Vase broken. A Gas Cylinder stolen,Crockery broken.All cardboard boxes were soaked and wet.Sofa stands were borken. Ac damaged.In total I have losses of around 50000 - 60000.I have still not recieved my car.I want complete compensation for my damage.I want my car to be delivered in good condition.I have to repair and rebuild all my damaged items.I would have to pay compensation for the stolen cylinder only then I will get a new cylinder.I have suffered losses of arounfd 60000.It has been a month and my car has not been delivered. These people are not ready to give me my damages and now demanding payment of 9000 only then they would deliver the car. I am being harrassed and blackmailed by these people.I have seen lot of complaints about this company.They should be barred from doing business or else they would keep cheating consumers.
