Myself Nilesh Chavan from Pune. I have a complain against Anjani Courier Services Pune Region (Aundh). On 21st Aug i had couriered one parcel to Hyderabad (Madinaguda) through Anjani courier Pune (Aundh office), the concern person stated that it will reach on Monday i,e 23rd of Aug before rakshabandhan, but it reached to Secunderabad instead of reaching to Madinaguda. I contacted the Anjani courier person in aundh, he said it will not be delivered at madinapura, after taking the money,he said will try to make it possible to deliver at madinaguda and he gave me hyderabad's contact person name and said please contact him, i tried him his name is Hemant bhai from Hyd, as he said it will be deliver to the mentioned address and he also stated that they dont provide the services at madinaguda but still he will make it possible and he was quiet angry on the Pune concern person as how he committed that we will deliver at madinaguda.
This is the 5th day iam calling to Hyderabad person, Pune Person,mumbai person but still the results are same. Below are the names of the persons to whom i have interacted from anjani courier services. 1. Govardhan (Pune office-cell no.09373045701) (the first point of contact,very rude person)
2. Hemant Bhai (Hyderabad-cell no. 09347312838) (very co-operative person)
3. Pravin Bhai (Mumbai- cell no- 09819934278) Not even responding to me, as he is HOD for Anjani courier as he is always busy in holidays,every time says ...pl call me tomorrow iam busy..
