Hi ,

I sent an Courier from Adyar Branch DTDC Office after I confirmed the lady who accepted the parcel about availability of services.

She told me that my receiver will receive the courier on Monday evening before 6 PM.

But courier was not reached the receiver and no one from DTDC informed us. I given sender contact number and receiver contact number also.

When receiver called me and told that they not received yet , I called DTDC Adyar branch to know the status.

The DTDC employee Sivakumar who spoke irrespponsibly and reacted arrogant and told me if i want,i can give complaint about him.

Iam frustrated and shocked about his response.
