i , abhinav kaushal ( samtel / gzb) had handed over my car ( maruti esteem DL3CZ 7721)
for transport from ghaziabad to bangalore on 23rd feb 2011 .{ money recipt no : 663 & consignment note no : 21825 ). my car was delivered on 14th march 2011 to me . the car i received have many scratches dents( verified ; as i have taken photographs of the persons and the car while handing over ) but the most important these people had done some thing with car all locks and keys .
the original key which i gave to then( a nippon remote of security system and 01 car main key & 01 gear lock key ) was not handed over to me . this i realized when the person had handed over my car and collected the money had went away . i called several times and even mailed to them no response is shown by them . the both the car locks key i received were fabricate one with out any remote , god knowns how many key they have made and what is the plan. but i feel a threat of car theft ; what to do ?? i need consumer court help to short out this matter .!!!
