couriered one envelop on 5.9.10 from Gurgaon for Haridwar vide consignment number 202845911. till date packet not delivered at destination. even status not coming on internet site of courier. when i talked at customer care behaviour is rude and no status. this packet consist original cheque of big sum of Rs 6lacs. please help
