i had sent a parcel weighing around 600gm to Chennai (docket no.-> 110016917) on 11/2/2011 from shipra sun city, indrapuram, ghaziabad-201014 but still the parcel has not been received by the concerned person and the authorities of blazeflash courier service are unable to provide the whereabouts of the parcel. kindly look into the matter. i shall be highly thankful to you.
