I had sent an important set of documents on March 12, 2011 by Blazeflash to Mumbai which were suppose to reach in 3 working days. The consignment number was- 208304552.
The courier did not reach in 10 days.
The company has a poor customer care centre. The telephone numbers given are always out of service or hung up. The company does not care much for the consumers, be it the top management or the lower hierarchy.
Because my documents did not reach on time, I had to courier them to Norway. This inflated my cost of courier from Rs.30 to Rs.1200!!!
Blazeflash refused to compensate me or send my courier to Norway. The courier which was suppose to reach Mumbai on 15th March, reached on 27th March!!!
And I had to bear the entire expenditure. There was no response of the company to the email that I sent them.
