I have bookde a cover to Gurgaon from Bangalore on 18-10-2011.

My consignment number is 13362187311 and they have charged me Rs 430 for this and they have promised me that it will be delivered on the next day before 11 am.

But they havent delivered as promised, this has happened to me for the second time. They are collecting huge money from people Rs.280 and Rs.430 but they are not delovering as promised.

blue dart service is not good. they are lost my one dvd packet which was very important for me. when i asked to blue dirt what about my dvd they are replaying me its mesure mistake from our side so we are tracing.what shoud i do

According to Blue Dart, the couriers appointed by Flipkart, the shipment was picked up on 25 October 2011, the day I had ordered and paid for it. Delivery should have been in 3 business days. Today is 7 November, and there is still no sign of the shipment. Following are the details about the delivery according to the website of Blue Dart.
