I had applied for new PAN online with DIT. They had dispatched my PAN card on 5/1/12 by blue dart courier (consignment no- 44916557663). After tracking in morning on 11/1/12 on blue dart service, the status shows that the consignment was missing. I have called a number of times on the phone nos shown on the net for tracking my consignment but they did not respond on any of the nos. in the evening they lift the phone call and cut after 2 or 3 seconds without listening to me. In the evening when I again track my consignment, massage shows me my address was incorrect. I have received a lot of letter on the same address. I have mailed to blue dart if they had a problem of dispatching or with my address then I can collect it from their office. Till now they did not respond to any thing. I am feeling too much discomfort with the services. Pl does any help for me if u can. If u required any other information about this I can give you.
