On Saturday the 22nd of August I send a parcel by Blue Dart to Hyderabad .It was around 11.30 in the morning and I was assured of quick delivery. Today the 24 th my parcel has not yet reached its destination after repeated phone calls I am told the pin code is wrong which is a lie as I know my pin code well enough .Two weeks earlier also I had sent some documents and given the same excuse to the same adress.
Earlier the agent was Burhaan of Wellesly and now it is Ganpati of Cotton Street.
