Unhappy Blue Star Packers And Movers (YESHWANTHPUR) Bangalore

Worst M&P I faced. When I called Just Dial for mover & packer, they are the one who gave the lowest quote and that the way, they bait their fish and from then my grievance started.
I went to them and they started making the receipt, which shows 3500 (the price they quoted) + 2300 as service tax = 5800, seeing the amount I decided to leave, but they told to talk to their Boss (Sanjay) with reluctant I talked to him, he told the service tax is always there, (which is not the case) but anyhow he reduce the service tax to1200 /-. Making the net amount to be 4700/- for which I thought it is ok since I was sending my bike to Guwahati. Then they started forcing me to take insurance and started scaring with impractical example but i denied the same.
By now all was fine, they told that they will delivered my bike by 2nd Oct. Even I was fine, because 3500 is pretty less for Guwahati and I thought as other business they also believe in small lies. Also they ask me to call them by 30th Sept and get the Docket no.
Now, main part start, usually it will take 12 days for a bike to reach Guwahati from Bangalore , so counting from 18th September , bike should arrived by at most by 2nd Oct. But when I reached AFL office (the address given to me by Blue star) in Guwahati on 7th Oct, my bike was nowhere to see. When I tried to call Blue Star, Bangalore from there, (Mr Vijay), has two mugged up sentence to say, “ Sir app apna Docket no. AFL site mai jaakar check kar lijiye” (Check your Status in AFL site). Clearing they were not taking any responsibility of the bike. And hence I was all alone calling AFL folks in roaming for my bike, which eventually came on 20th October but to no help to me since I already left Guwahati on 16th Oct. All Though AFL Guwahati manager was kind enough to rebooked my bike on 16th Oct itself without taking any money. ( but later I need to pay 2560/- in Bangalore in order to collect my bike), so you can say, I spent 4700 + 2560 = 7260/- which exclude my rescheduling of flight ticket back to bangalore and all planned trip was ruined. And I spend all this thing just to send my bike from Yeswantpur, bangalore and get it back from AFL, Whitefield, Bangalore, after about one and a half month of frustration and uncertainty of my bike.

Well my friend, who sent his bike from Pune to Guwahati, also booked from a normal M&P but he was lucky enough that his third party was GATI and everything happen cheap and in proper time.

Btw Today I received my bike back, and I see the amount what AFL charges from Blue star, its mere 2700/- against my 4700/-
