I had booked my Motorcycle for transportation from Bangalore to Tezpur (Assam), on 03 Aug 2011, by Overseas Express, Bangalore. However, even after almost 5 months, my motorcycle is yet to be delivered.

Please advice suitable legal action against the defaulting agency. What is the procedure for filing complaints in a Govt Consumer Court and also please advice me on the financial aspects involved.
