I had sent a courier from delhi to roorkee on 29th Jan 2011 from Centaral Cargo & Courier office (2503,New Qutub Road ,Vidyanand Market , Sadar bazar ) and it has not been delivered till now. All the ph. no.s mentioned on the slip are not working. Finally I had to call on the personal number of its agent from whom i had booked the courier, and i didnt get any concrete reply. Every time i called them,only reply i got was it will be delivered today or tomorrow. They also told me a fake story that the item has not been delivered because there are audits and all going on of state authorities so they have stopped delivery for a day or two. but even after 10 days it has not been delivered. My courirer packet was also not small it was of around 3*3*2 feets.

This is really disgusting and agonising that such kind of courier services are there.They are really an unprofessional and irresponsible courier service providers.

I will suggest everyone not to send your documents or packets by Central Courier.

Be Aware of this Fraud Compnay.

I have booked them for my house hold shifting from Pune to Delhi 1 Months back.On there assurance i done Insurance of my items through them. After Shifting several of my items were broken(Water Purifier, Chair, Bike , Bed).They are totally unprofessional ppl while packing they dismantled my bed, table and in delivery they didnt assembled my bed and table and said to me that do it by own.And they are not ready for ready for giving me anything against my broken household items as it was insured. The people that were involved are Mr Ravindra(Pune Agent) and Mr Surindar(Delhi). I booked them by seeing there ISO certification. Request you to please aware of Central Cargo Packers & Movers.
