We had to shift from Noida to Pune and had availed the services of "Central Cargo Packers and Movers" on 2nd June 2010 for transferring our household items. We were told that the delivery in Pune would be in 7 days, but still we havent yet got our cargo. We have called at them many times but to no avail. This is an ISO 9001 & 14001: 2004 Certified Co. but there have been no intimation from them about the whereabout of the cargo.
Following persons have been called but nothing significant is happening. They all are given nonsense answers.
