I had dispatched a packet from jaipur to vellore through overnite express on 21/8/2010. shipment no. is 603285230. It was the packet for Rakshabandhan (24/8/2010). I had submitted this packet to overnite express, airport office, Sanganer, jaipur.
It was told to me that company was running a special scheme for rakshabandhan festival. (in which they would deliver the courier within 48 hours). It has been 7 days, but courier has not been delivered yet. I talked to customer care representative of the company, he suggested me to call regional officer of Rajasthan zone Mr. kan singh on his mobile no. 9352949280. He could not give me satisfactory answer. They charged me Rs. 50 for a very light weighted packet under the name of special Rakshabandhan scheme.
You all can understand what actually it feels to a sister who could not deliver Rakhi
to his brother on this special occasion.
