This is to inform you all that how the packers and movers cheat us. I have booked Reliance packers and movers from gurgaon on 13/01/2012 on mobile no. 9718841200 for 12:00 noon and tell them about my home furniture. and they said ok we will charge Rs 7K for the same.

However, On 14/01/2012 when we called them at 12:00 they replied that currentlly we are on way and be there at 02:00 even i wait till 4:00 PM but they not arrived ane at 4:30 they came i think the trouble is over and they will work further and my wait and work is over. But it was not the end.

Then they show their color(s). Rs 300 for AC detachment + Rs 100 for each fan + Rs 100 for each tube light etc. still i said ok do work beacuse it was already 6:30 PM and i want to move at the earliest. They load all the assessories etc in truck and then show the original color.

They make a bill for Base Price 12000 + Taxes 10.3% + Docket Charges 500 = 13700 Rs. I become shocked after seeing that bill. What the hell is this. I think this was my blunder mistake to hire these peoples.

They are making us fool first tell us low price and after loading all the luggage make extra bill with hidden charges. I really felt help less at that time. After a big conversation of about 1 hrs. They become agree at 9500. I request you all Not to believe these peoples. Even one of my blanket is stolen but no body is there to listen us.
