I have sent one envelope on 21st April thru the ARK COURIER Service, Nerul (Navi Mumbai), AWB No.20418. They have their pickup agent at GANESH STATIONARY & MART, Sector 4, Kharghar (contact person Mr. Praveen, Mobile No. 9004702878)for collection of these envelopes. The same was to go to Katni Distt (M.P.), But till date the same has not been delivered. On asking this courier service, they are not replying on firm basis. I requested for return back of my envelope, for which they are just passing the time, so that with time it will be forgot. Almost 2 and half month passed, no action. This is really worst Courier service I have ever seen. The agent Mr Praveen is also a cheater, who has created all this problem and now not ready to listen also. Requesting you to please get back my envelope at least.
