We have sent our household articles through Chennai Packers & Movers on May 26, 2010,from Agra promised delivery in seven days, is still undelivered. This delay is not only causing us to spend Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) per day from June 2, 2010 till date (as we have to stay out and have our meals outside), but also giving us lot of mental trauma which cannot be explained in words. We have been contacting their staff almost daily basis but in total vain. Just imagine one month without receiving your goods, spending money to stay and eat.

Can someone suggest me a way to take action against these people?
