I got shifted from Ghaziabad to Bangalore on 07th Jan. 2010 with the Dev M & P

The staff behaviour while packing was such that they were at my place for income tax raided, “why have you got so many items in your house, Why there are glass & bone china crockery”. They truly meant it & broke most of the items. When the items reached my place they did not unpack though they charged me for that as well. They charged me 3000/- for Insurance & when I asked them that why they don’t claim then I came to know that they have not insured it.

Also when I received the goods below are the missing and damaged goods:
