I am a stutdent of Mtech chemical engg. in MNIT jaipur.iI want to lodge a complaint againstt Professional couriers. My friend has booked a courier from Pune on 18th of august at 10 pm (consignment no-pnu3145899) and they promised to deliver within 4days but till today i am not getting any information about that. Even their customer care representatives were not showing any concern about that. their customer care representative don't have any attic-ates to deal with their customers they always used to keep you on hold and don't give any response. they always give different kind of excuses but unable to track the courier i am really fed up with their behavior.
kindly help me out that courier is containing my books and i am having my exams soon so i need that urgently.for this i will be very thankful to you.
