I am a stutdent of Mtech chemical engg. in MNIT jaipur.iI want to lodge a complaint againstt Professional couriers. My friend has booked a courier from Pune on 18th of august at 10 pm (consignment no-pnu3145899) and they promised to deliver within 4days but till today i am not getting any information about that. Even their customer care representatives at Pune office were not showing any concern about that. their customer care representative don't have any attic-ates to deal with their customers they always used to keep you on hold and don't give any response. they always give different kind of excuses but unable to track the courier i am really fed up with their behavior. their name is professional couriers but they dnt have any professionalism.
kindly help me out ,that courier is containing my books and i am having my exams soon so i need that urgently.for this i will be very thankful to you.

I have sent a courier from Magarpatta Office, Hadapsar Pune on 7th August 2010. The parcel not yet reached the concerned person and not even reverted back to me. I visited the Proffessional Courier office several times and lodged complaint in their office, but no use. Kindly help me.

My uncle has booked a courier from Rameswaram on 10/03 at 1300hrs (consignment no-RMD_______ but the receipt No.0576039 as issued by collection centre at Rameswaram]) and they promised to deliver within 2days but till today i am not getting any information about that. Even their customer care representatives at Trichy/Tiruverambur office were not showing any concern about that. their customer care representative don't have any attic-ates to deal with their customers they always used to keep you on hold and don't give any response. they always give different kind of excuses but unable to track the courier i am really fed up with their behavior. their name is professional couriers but they dnt have any professionalism.
