My car was consigned to move from Delhi to Secunderabad (AP) on the 2nd Jun 2010 to be delivered at the destination station within 7 clear days. However the car has yet to reach the location even after 17 days. The delay has not only caused me immense loss but a lot of mental stress and agony without any transport at a new destination. The mover and packer coy )1st Reliance based at Gurgaon has cheated me in terms of delivery time and service.

I had decided and made my mind to get the services of 1st Reliance Movers and Packers, Gurgaon for moving my household goods from Gurgaon to Pune. But having seen this complaint I have to rethink of my decision. Can you please provide your contact number or email so that I get in touch with you and discuss about the services. I just want to give one suggestion. Never go for the safe packers and movers. They are big fraud and thief. I just parceled bike from Delhi to Bangalore, first they charged less than others and promise me to deliver the bike into a one week. But sad part start after that. After week they showed their real color. When I called them after one week.It was a Wednesday. First they said, u r bike is still not in a town. I will call u tomorrow. They didn’t call. I called again on nest day. They said “it is in town, I will send u today only. “, But they didn’t and didn’t take care to inform me. Again I called on same day about the status. But no response. Same thing happened on Friday and Saturday. I was calling them continually but no response. They were not picking up the call. I was so worried about my bike. Finally, I sent a message with saying that, I am gonna do the police case on them. They only call after that and said I will send u today only. Still they lied. They said I will send on Monday morning without forgetting, so u wont miss u r office. But they came up on evening 7 o’clock with my half bike. Yes, here is the miserable part. They gave me my bike in a very pathetic condition. It was broke and screeched from all the side. Both side mirrors were missing. Side lights were totally gone. And I gave them my helmet to help the guy who came to pick the bike in Delhi. But in Bangalore they said and I haven't give any helmet to them, after some time they said, it was in very bad condition so they thrown it. And they were asking more money also because they it’s a Bangalore.

And of the day, I was very depressed and unhappy with their service. They stolen my helmet, my bikes mirror and totally broke my side lights. And delivery after 15 days.

So, guys, plz don’t go for the safe packers and movers. They really fraud and thief.

This company is a big cheater.
They promise one thing and do the other. They do manupulations in their bills and charge more.
Mr Sunil is a cheater. He is liar. He comes with one Mr Kuldeep and that person doesnot work for the company only.
He extracts extra money and when you ask for refunds he uses all foul languages.
They give their advertisements in Noida Bazaar but they are not located in Noida.
This company dupes people.
Never book this company. It is a fraud company.
Mine was an international shipment,
He made changes in the invoice and took extra money from me,when I asked for refund he never agreed uopn.
DONOT trust this company.

Gurgaon based 1st Reliance Cargo is big fraud. Sunil Kumar the owner of the company, accompanied by Kuldeep Singh cheats people like anything by the taking the advantage of the fact that common people are not aware of international shipment loop holes.
I took the service of this company for an international company.I ended up paying double the cost becuse of these cheaters.
I strongly recommend not to take the srevice of this fraud company

I had engaged 1st reliance movers and packers for packing my stuff in Gurgaon for 2nd of July. The appointment was for 8:30 am. I called them up and they revrted saying they do not have any booking for that day. When I shared the advance recept and details and after a lot of heated discussions, they informed that they do not have labourt fpr that day. They told me that they will come at 3 pm. I waited till 3 pm and called again. They said in most unapproprioate language that they do not hav elabour and will do at 8 pm.

I checked at 8 pm again and was told that they will only do it on 4th and on 4th they simplky refused.

All this while, their main contact person Sunil Kumar is not picking the mobile. They already have taken complete advance and are simply untraceable.

This is complete fraud in broad daylight. I have stroing recommendation of not using their sevrices at all for anything
