This is comaplaint against a transport company BADRI NATH GOODS CARRIER HISAR .
I booked my CBZ bike to transport from hisar to chandigahr on 23-11-11.
They told me to collect my bike on 25-11-11 .
Also they gave me surety of safety of my bike. They ensure me that i'll get my bike as it is.
They asked me for rs 1100. i dint negotiate even because i wanted good and secure service.
i didnt get my bike at commited date . afetr following them for 7 days i got my bike but in very bad condition.
Bike was too much damaged and one side was totally bursted. when i called them in hissar they accepted that they shiped my bike in fresh condition.
But when i told them that bike is damaged they told me that they'll after the issue and will revert me back soon.
After a day when i contacted them they treat me very badly.
Because of their negligence i am on lose of 2000 rs.
i want a strict action against such kind of people so that in future no one have to pay for their faults.
