Dear sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against DTDC regarding the non-deliverance of parcel from Bangalore to Aizawl. The parcel was meant for me. The consignment/shipment No. is D07730431. The sender sent the parcel on 23rd Dec 2011... and yet after several inquiry about the shipment the status was still at the initial state.. i.e from 23rd Dec, it is still in transit from Bangalire to Kolkata T/S in which it was supposed to be delivered already to the destination address.... Today is 4th Jan and still i check the status it was still the same state. I have tried many times contacting the DTDC through email regarding this issue.. but no response was given to me.
So, i kindly request you to consider my problem and that the trust or the policy of the Courier company was violated in a profound condition.
