We are registered Customer of First Flight Couriers Ltd. Our Customer Code is 541K10, -Sion Branch for last 5 years.
One of our consignment vide n. F17681685 dtd. 10/08/2010 dispatch from Bangalore to our Matunga Office. As we not recd the parcel till today ie 12th Morning we contact Sion branch for the same. We got the reply that “The parcel may be less weight means under 3 kg, so it will be dispatched by Hub”.
So we try to contact customer care no. 39 666 666 & 39 444 444. Which are not working properly.
We check the consignment on site of First Flight courier. It remarks – Office Closed.
At the time of agreement we have given time of our office is 9.30 to 6.30. Even though the office time is upto 6.30, yesterday on 11.08.10 our Sir & our staff is there for some urgent job. But unfortunately no person come for delivery.
When we call to customer care they dontreply to phone also.
Pl. anyone can guid from where we can get justic.
