I have sent a packet through first flight courier service on 8/8/2010 from khargapur. The destination is rourkela and the delivery was to be made on 11/8/2010. The delivery is very urgent. But today also I am finding the delivery hasn't been made. I have mailed several times to first flight service for apprising me about the present status of my packet but they are not replying to me. Please kindly look into this matter.

The name should bne last flight instead of first flight. Infact the website is good for nothing(no tracking services, sms never responds) moreover the lazy employees never pick the calls. The FFCL dont even have a call center facility STRANGE. i will make sure i never and my peers never use this service again.
Promises never delivered by First Flight, if i could catch hold of the manager then would have given him a good thrashing.

I have been awaiting a courier of mine since last week.. I received a call on 10/08/2010 advising me that my parcel has been received by them. They requested me to let them know where the delivery is to be made(office address or home add). I had instructed them to make the delivery to my home address upon which they informed me that this would be done on 11/08/2010. The branch from where they had called me is about 15 mins from my home address. However till this day(17/08/2010), i am yet to receive my parcel. I have made almost 23 calls to be precise to various branches with different types of informarion given to me and advising me to call different numbers provided. This feels like the office office serial on set max where people are shuffled across with no response..
I wish to make a formal complaint against these pathetic services and hope to know more about how to go about this. We need to let them know what they lack. Please could someone guide through the process to log a complaint

i have couriered documents on 4sep 2010 to Oman the expected date of delivery was supposed to be on 7sep 2010 but even today i.e. 11sep 2010 there is no update about the delivery, i talked several times to the customer care and head office people inmumbai i was assured that i would be informed about the delivery as this was urgent but nothing till now i should have better sent it through norml post

I have been cheated by Ample express Pvt.Ltd.courier services,Delhi.They took extra charges in the pretext that my packaged would be delivered on the stipulated time but all lies and cheat,the packaged was extremely urgent.i made several calls for inquiry but nothing progress.Atlast after much attempt to find out the truth i am being told that it has not been delivered yet.I fully regret for ever using such rotten service added with irresponsible and dishonest providers.Pls.consumers beware of such pickpoketers.I am never ever going to use AMPLE EXPRESS PVT.LTD service in my life n would warn my peer not to use too.

It is regretted to say that I have sent a packet against consignment no.J57745527 on 28.09.2010 vide Pkt No. REN0088849 from Renukoot, UP to Merlin House, Kolkata-700 020 and same is not yet received in Merlin Office, Kolkata upto 5.0 PM on 04.10.2010, although the dak was received at the destination i.e. from Delhi to Kolkata First Flight Office on 01.10.2010 but due intervening sunday and holiday, the same was to be delivered on 04.10.2010. I have requested several times to your Kolkata office to deliver the same, being an urgent dak, but invain the same could not be delivered upto 5.00 PM on 04.10.2010 even after several pursuations. It is a lapse and negligence on the part of Courier Service of your Kolkata Office.

I sent a courier through First Flight consignment no:E41765741 dated 24/09/2010 to Dhuri, Punjab.To our surprise we found that it did not reach even after five days. So we called the regional office in Kolkatta to know about the status of our courier and they said that the delay was due to CWG which is being held in Delhi and got stuck there and they will make sure to send it by road as soon as possible.It did not reach even after ten days.There was no proper tracking services,no SMS response.The calls were not attended most of the time.Finally I got a call on 4th of oct saying that the courier will be returned as there is no sevice in Dhuri, Punjab.They could have done this earlier and we would have sent it through any other service.I'll never ever use this service anymore nor will I recommend to anyone.

A courier was sent from Duliajan to Guwahati in Assam on 02/11/2010 vide Consignment No : N08117373 by First Flight. Today is 10/11/2010 and I am yet to receive the delivery of the courier. This is complete dearth of service on their part. Can I approach the Consumer forum for it?

I booked a package to be delivered from Aurangabad IN to USA on 4-NOV-10.
Today its 17-NOV and I am still waiting for the package to be delivered in US. On further investigation we found out that the package was lying in one of their offices in India till 11-NOV . These guys have no track of their shipments and do not respond to customer queries. A lady employee in the Aurangabad office was so rude that she told us to try whatever you can ( consumer court etc) but we cant help you anymore.

I am planning to file a complaint in the consumer court of India.

we not yet received the parcel which was to be delivered to himalaya society on the 13nov but its to late so plz give us our money we need it very urgently so please!!!!!!!!!!!!!its in the name of mangat singh saini...

I have sent a document through first flight courier service on 14/06/2011 from dhanbad. The destination is greater noida. but they said me my Currier is return to dhanbad becouse of insufficient address now they said my Currieris is lost by the currier company. i lost my whole document. i mentally and physically harass by the currier company. i lost my document those value is 40000. so i kindly request to u please look on this matter

We have booked a consignment for hyderabad on 8th July 2011. Today being 27th of July there is no trace of the material.

THEIR STAFF IS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. They have no idea how a business is affected due to your negligence and incapability. Am at the end of frustration that i have to dial around 10 of their numbers that i can find online to talk to get the information for my consignment. And everytime our staff asks for the update she gets only one answer, that it will be done today which is a nonsense answer since the consignment has been out of sight for almost 20 days now. And above all there is no CUSTOMER CARE NO. & No grievance cell. Companies of this calibre should be brought on road, Had this company been in any other country, They would have been banned to do business for life.

Our customer has already threatened to cancel the order. And We are just wondering what do We explain the customer and its just that our reputation with the customers seems to be getting worse.

Hopeless Courier company - First Flight is Worst Flight.
