I had sent my household products through A Shiv Ganga Movers and Packers. Contact person was Sombir Singh. My products which were delivered from Delhi to Kolkata were damaged and torn. Now after claiming for the damage they are not willing to respond. On the other hand he makes dirty comments on me. Please advise.

Dear Concern,

I had shifted my households from Ludhiana to Faridabad by your service, I had contacted Mr. Vedpal- 9216524694, they had come and packed our material from Ludhiana on 21st Fed and delivered the same in Faridabad next morning. ( GR No- 1123 )

But the kind of service i had received is ridiculous and worst ever from movers and packers, they had send the materail trough the tata 407 but when ir reached in Faridabad there is no body to unload the material , and it was unloaded by the truck driver only.

Even there was no body to unpack the households, i had called ten times to Mr. Vedpal and SK poonia his subordinate but no body had come to unpack the households.

Mr Vedpal had told me that he doesnot have any person available today and will send some one to unpack on next day, but even on next day nobody comes and i had to unpack the households of my own.

There were scratches on the households my glass items were found broken and my refrigerator does not work, my LCD Tv got scratches on the screen.

I just would like say this is the wrost ever service and i want a compensation for that.

I am also sending this mail to the few of the newspapers and so that nobody else should use your service in the future.
