Hi , iam srihari , I have a complaint againt Supersonic pakers & Movers. Supersonic Pakers & Movers approched me for My house hold shipment service from Pune to Chennai. They said they'll charge 11 thousand rupees for complete paking,loading, transportation,unpacking and unloading. They came to my pune flat on 22nd may 2010 and started packing my households and shipped into Vehicle.After that they started their games.They say that the insurance cost is excluded from the total said price which is 11,000. I have called the guy who has approched me.His name is Sunil. His mobile number is 09823296610.I asked about the charges, He said the insurance charges will be excluded which was a lie.Initially he said 11000 includes the insurance of the goods.I've agreed to pay excluded included amount. Total amount reached 15700/- Aprox.I have paid 2000 rs advance.They said the goods will be delivered in 4 days i.e on 26th may 2010, because the loaded vechile is goining to start from my home to chennai directly.The goods inlcudes two vechicles one Bajaj pulsar dtsi-150 and Honda aviator.I have insisted for the insurance copy they said they'll send along with the vehicle and at chennai we'll receive it.The goods din't reach chennai on said date.I have called supersonic Pune to enquire about the delay, They said the Vechile Tyre got punctured, so there was a delay. after 3 days the vechile reached my chennai house with all my goods in very bad condition. There is nobody there with vehicle and Goods are in broken state and my pulsar is missing. When i asked concern person Sanjay who sits at chennai office his number is 9600026610. I got a shocking answer, saying that i have to collect my pulsar from madhapuram ( Pulsar is kept at their shop located at Madapuram )after paying the balance amount.I was horrified when i told about my broken goods including my vechile avaitor is very pathetic condition.The battery changed, body with full of scraches, with full of tinkers on it.I have asked about it, He simply said, You can only claim only after paying the remaining amount.Still my Pulsar is with that fellow.He says he won't deliever the bike at my home. He wants me to come to his office and pay the banlance amount.I am pissed off with this guy ,total Loss of broken could be 20 Thousand.Even the Insurance is not in my name. Experts! Request you to guide me. How can i take action against this fellow. Thanks in Advance.
