Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to complain against the trackon Courier Jaipur office.

As per the details shown on Trackon site My consignment No.196691200) left from Jaipur on 11/8/10 and reached Ghazipur (U.P.) on13/8/10.Today is 18/8/10 and would like to inform you that the my package has not reached till now.
I had talked to the Jaipur office staff on 17th and 18th August, they said it would be deliverd today. But today when I asked as to why it has not be delivered, they are not able to answer me.
Actually courier was done by me from Rawatbhata but it goes through Jaipur
Local agent i.e. Puja Telecom, Rawatbhata is also not able to trace it although he is trying a lot.Trackon promises to deliver within 3day to 4 day at max..Is this the kind of service they promise to their customers. Please help and take necessary action against this company..
